I think you agree that such a menu is hardly suited for every day, and Ladies, say goodbye to the perfect waistline. Therefore, a real solution is to take nutritional supplements and complexes containing Group B vitamins.

When buying a vitamin complex, you do not need to search on the label all of the Mendeleev table. For polyvitamins it would be well enough if they comprise carotenoids, vitamin C and, of course, Group B vitamins. All the rest are individual for each person, and only after the doctor's examination, he may recommend a specific supplement, or other minerals.

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 8 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

7oz/200 g rindless bacon, chopped
½ cup walnut haves, roughly chopped
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup fresh lime juice
sale and ground black pepper
6oz/150g baby spinach, trimmed and washed
3 ripe Roma (egg) tomatoes, diced
1 large ripe avocado, halved, peeled, seed removed and sliced
1 small red onion, very thinly sliced

Directions:

1. Heat a non-tick frying pay over medium high heat. Add bacon and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon and set aside to cool.

2. Add walnuts to pan and cook over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove with a slotted spoon to a plate and set aside.

3. Add oil and lime juice to pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir to combine.

4. Combine spinach, tomatoes, avocado, onion, bacon and walnuts in a large serving bowl. Pour warm lime dressing over salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.

Woman Sweating

More so than during other times in the recent of history of mankind, in this day and age it’s more important than ever to stay as sweat-free and sweet smelling as possible. This means that most of us need to resort to the use of deodorants, antiperspirants and other such devices to help us control our sweating problems. And more so than for a man, for a woman sweating and the associated stains, odors and things, are a big problem.

This coupled with the fact that most advertising promotions are aimed at women and how they can stop or control their sweat, makes for a very neurotic population of women indeed. Just think about it, when was the last time that you left the house without first applying a dash of perfume, or a dose of fresh deodorant or antiperspirant? Probably just before you discovered the wonders of deodorant!

But did you ever stop to think what these chemical based deodorants and antiperspirants could be doing to your body? Yes, for a woman sweating is a major problem, and you have to absolutely always look fresh and bright with nothing to remind you that you are actually human and therefore prone to sweating.

This is of course not your fault – we have been raised to believe from our very small days that sweat is bad, and that smelling of sweat is one of the worst offences ever!

What about in the days before deodorants and antiperspirants came on the scene, what then? Surely not everyone in the world stayed as grime laden as did our middle-ages ancestors? Surely there were other civilizations which stayed smelling sweet and fresh without resorting to the toxins that we use today?

The answer of course, is there were such civilizations and yes, they had means of dealing with sweat, and dealing with it in a natural manner without resorting to the use of nasty toxins. And for today’s woman sweating need no longer be controlled by modern deodorants and antiperspirants, instead they can turn to these age old natural methods to help deal with any sweat problems.

Men Want A Classy Woman

Ladies, this one is for you. Your mother always told you “Don’t give away the farm.” Yet men have been saying, “Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free?” It’s a paradox; women think they need to put out, or they’ll lose their man. Men don’t want a woman who puts out; at least not long term they don’t. Are you the type of woman who men take home to bed; or the type who men take home to meet Mom?

I can tell almost instantly if the woman is classy or cheap. I want a woman who is confident, not insecure and thinks she needs to attract me by offering up free sex. What healthy, heterosexual man doesn’t want or enjoy sex with a woman? But I don’t want someone that everyone else has enjoyed. A classy woman is intriguing, mysterious and alluring. Ladies wise up! If you don’t understand why you keep attracting the wrong men, it’s because your standards are too low. Set the bar higher. Do not engage in innuendos or blatant conversation that is sexual in nature. Just don’t do it. You may think you are flirting; but what you are doing is sending a signal to the man that you’re easy. You may hook him for a time. You may both be filled with infatuation, but it won’t last. Men will look at you as the good time gal; not as a keeper.

What are you wearing? Low rise jeans and tummy shirts are in. They’re not in if you don’t have the body to wear that style of clothing and they’re not in if you’re trying to convince the men that you’re a classy lady. That is not to say you need to haul out the turtle neck sweaters and long skirts which cover up your ankles.

You will not be able to change your belief system overnight; your views on what men want. But what you can change almost instantly is how you dress and how you talk. Decide today that you will not openly discuss sex or make comments of a sexual nature with men. There are ways you can let someone know you’re interested without sounding like a hootchie mamma. And lastly, take inventory of your wardrobe. Leave a little to the imagination, don’t show it all.
